It’s As Easy As Riding A Bike

Who of us doesn’t remember the rush of excitement when cruising down a new, undiscovered bike path? Our banana seat and sissy bar in place to allow for our best friend to catch a ride, with the wind whipping past, we were free! Well at least until after Labor Day when school started back. But somewhere along the lines we forgot that thrill, we traded our trusted “blue comet” for a Honda, and sacrificed the freedom of the open road to four walls and a desk. However, no one said that biking had to remain in our childhood. In fact, thanks to the excellent exercise factor, biking is making a great comeback for many active adults.
