One of the best ways to eat in 2020 is through what’s called farm to table; this is a way of buying food through local farmers, so you’re guaranteed to eat fresher and intake more organic products. Not only does it boost the local economy, but it also a great system for eating healthier—not to mention, since the ingredients are fresher, this is a delicious way to enjoy food.
It is recommended for adults over 55 to exercise for about 150 minutes per week, as cited by AARP. Finding nearly three hours of exercise each week isn’t all that hard when you find an activity you love. Whether it’s tennis or cycling, pursue an activity that you are passionate about and enjoy. We encourage you to find a partner or group of friends who all enjoying the same sport or activity so you all can stay fit together.
