Newest Wellness Cafe “The Bistro at the Holbrook” is Set to Open
Alpharetta, GA., June 3, 2010—The Holbrook at Lake Lanier active adult community is opening its new Wellness Bistro at the Holbrook June 24, 2010 to residents of Gainesville. The Bistro’s menu will feature healthy ingredients that are known to increase longevity and promote brain, and overall health.
The Bistro at the Holbrook will offer fresh made to order breakfast and lunch. The breakfast menu will offer healthful foods such as fresh eggs and fruit, whole grain bagels and muffins, and blueberry granola pancakes with natural maple syrup. The lunch menu will include gourmet wraps and Panini’s, signature salads, and fresh fruit smoothies and juices. Breakfast will be offered all day. Known cancer fighting, memory enhancing foods will be feature daily on the café’s rotational menu. WiFi hot spots will also be available.

The Holbrook at Lake Lanier opened in January 2010. A second location “The Holbrook at Lake Acworth” is planned for 2012.
